Please check out my book Cookies with Christ” here: http://goo.gl/OyMvAm It was neither noon nor night. The skies were clear as day yet I could see the stars in splendid array. This looked like the Eden that Moses described. Watered by rivers from the 4 corners of the earth. Teeming with verdant vegetation and virile creatures. But it was more beautiful. The light that shone was not from the sun or the moon. It was the glow of the Almighty that Job’s friend spoke of. It poured forth from Papa and seemed to swallow me up. Papa held my hands and led me down the paths green with righteousness. There was no shadow of doubt. There was no inkling of fear or worry. I was perfectly calm. I felt like Peter when Jesus held his hands and walked him back to the boat. Underneath the evergreen foliage of His presence we walked and talked. We talked about how He protected Ilo.
Where the word of a king is, there is power That is why I speak and the earth listens I whisper and the seas shudder All of creation bright and beautiful Await my awakening – the dawn of the King Creatures great and small Earnestly yearn for my arrival Where the word of a king is, there is power That is why my words are spiced and seasoned with salt No longer idle words laden with mulch They are hard at work to bring me results I grip the reins of my mouth and control my rudder To safe haven I direct my life no matter the weather Where the word of a king is, there is power For this is the weapon of our warfare, it is no small matter Breaking through walls and barricades Trouncing demon spawns and smashing hell’s gates I release my words, they burst forth like fire I am a king, my words are my
DEAR FEAR, I only refer to you as “dear” because of our long-term, intimate relationship, and certainly not because you are dear to me in any way. In fact, you have been a tormenting influence from start to finish. You have told me lies and prevented me from doing the things I wanted to do and should have done. You are indeed a miserable, wretched companion and one that I no longer am willing to be involved with. I am writing you this letter to let you know that from this point forward, I will not fear! Although I may feel your presence, I will not bow down to your demands. I have a friend whose name is Jesus, and He has promised to never leave me nor forsake me, but to be with me always. He is indeed a powerful friend and although you do have some power, His is by far much greater than yours. You can come
“Judge not” (Matt 7:1) but “REPROVE, REBUKE, EXHORT with all longsuffering and doctrine” (2 Tim.4:2); “Wherefore REBUKE THEM SHARPLY, that they may be sound in the faith” (Tit1:13); “These things speak, and EXHORT, AND REBUKE WITH ALL AUTHORITY. Let no man despise thee” (Tit 2:15). “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and IS PROFITABLE FOR DOCTRINE, FOR REPROOF, FOR CORRECTION, FOR INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works”. 2 Tim. 3:16. It is necessary therefore, to have a BALANCED UNDERSTANDING of the Word of God. Many ignorant “Christians” may want to run away with the Word of Christ, which says, “Judge not”, but you need to understand that there is a DIFFERENCE between judging and correcting. DON’T QUOTE “Judge not” to support your sinfulness, unrighteousness or prevent others from correcting or rebuking you for what you have done wrong. Don’t corrupt the Word of God or quote it
They said: Life is a coin-toss… But for the believer I SAY that the two sides of the coin are already skewed in your favor. The erudite and elite comment sarcastically “No one knows tomorrow” but you as a believer know and fellowship with the one who holds the hands of the clock. Why do you flick the coin up into the air with as much trepidation as the next fellow? Why do you seem as fearful as those bound in the belly of Hades? Do you know that the King with the shepherd’s staff is with you? Do you know that the odds are stacked in your favor. There are No limits to you. You have the advantage! I see you stepping out into the cold of night and fiery hot ambiance of midday, your brow is laced with sweat for fear of arrows with bedeviled tips. I hear you saying “I shall not fear …” yet halfway through
