Dedicated to all the wise ones out there… There is no God. They believe that blind, unintelligent forces of nature through the haphazard chaos of genetic mutations and the process of natural selection, produced the multitudinous myriads of majestic creatures that inhabit the earth. Click to read The Traveler and The Road Can a proton feel guilt? Will a neutron spread itself and sorrow over the death of a loved one? Yet atheists believe that from a tiny speck of inorganic, self-created matter, human consciousness and moral sensitivity evolved. Can they not see the utter ludicrousness in this pattern of thinking? Can you see it? Will you go to that rock poised gallantly on the roadside and begin a conversation with it? He knew the word by study. It wasn’t because He had instructed the writers by His SPIRIT. Rather as with all things that involved humanity, the Messiah had known through study. He had learnt how to walk and talk. He didn’t leap out of Mary’s womb screaming words of Rhema and Repentance. This is indicative of the terrible responsibility that faces the believer. There is a sense that God is intimately aware OF our weakness – He knows that we are held captive. The question is what captivates us? Paul declares that we are alienated and made enemies in our minds. The walls that hold us back are firmly rooted in our heads, between our two ears. We have allowed the pernicious principles of the prince of perdition to render us useless. We feed fat on a diet of death and despair, ignoring the vast vista of virtues and victory. Daily as we trudge along life, we are doused with dust. Our minds are tainted with wrong philosophies and beliefs. What do we do? We need to renew our minds constantly [Romans 12:1-2].
